The Core (2004, Aaron Eckhart, Hilary Swank)
Before this movie starts burrowing into the Earth's core there are two street scenes. The first has a crashed GMC 6000 school bus and a transit bus (fleet number 444):
The second is set and partly filmed in London's Trafalgar Square; an aerial shot reveals an Arriva London RML Routemaster, a Dennis Dart and an Original London Sightseeing Tour MCW Metrobus opentopper:
The scene concerns pigeons losing their bearings and falling out of the sky. This inevitably leads to a Routemaster crashing, but first there's a glimpse of another Arriva Metrobus:
The crash itself is spectacular:
As part of the sequence there are two more buses glimpsed. This appears to be a former Nottingham Leyland Atlantean:
....and this Bristol VRTSL3/Eastern Coachworks unexpectedly has an offside door behind the driver's cab, so I'd guess it was filmed in the USA!
