Heart and Souls (1993, Robert Downey Jr)
The premise of the movie is built around a trolleybus crash in San Francisco. Four people are killed and their souls who don't 'make the transfer'. The trolleybus driver is blamed for the crash, and is condemned to using the trolleybus for picking up misplaced souls, including the four 'innocent' ones, who have to finish their lives before boarding the trolleybus.

A GMC old look in San Francisco Muni green/cream was fitted with trolley poles for the live action shots, while a series of models was used for the crash scenes. The destination reads '4 Station'. Apparently an HBO show was made about the filming of the movie. (originally suggested by Carlos Wallberg)
