If It's Tuesday This must Be Belgium (1969, Ian McShane, Suzanne Pleshette et al)
A whirlwind coach tour of Europe overseen by tour guide McShane. The coach is a Van Hool and it arrives at the London start of the tour in front of a black and cream AEC Reliance/Harrington Cavalier - I'd guess it's one of the Jack Crump fleet.
This being London, we get to see AEC Routemasters:
