A Bedford J2/Plaxton appears twice. It's UVE593K, new to the National Blood Transfusion Service in 1971. As the film is set in 1968, this is an anachronism, but for once the film makers have addressed this by obscuring the 'K' on the registration plate, making it appear a pre 1963 coach! Certainly the body style is broadly correct for 1968.
Prototype Routemaster RML3 (SLT58), now in the care of Cobham Bus Museum, also appears twice, including right at the very end - a clear nearside shot parked up in Croydon:
