Coarse and crass widescreen upgrade from a TV sitcom. Nellie Pledge disembarks from VTX443, an ex Rhondda AEC Regent V/Weymann new in 1958. The destination is 'Colne' and the fleetname is the fictional 'Northern Bus Co.'. Some of the movie was filmed in Southend in Essex, and since VTX443 spent a good few years with S & M of Benfleet in Essex, I'm led to ask whether this scene was filmed in Southend:
Later in the film there is a glimpse of trams in Blackpool, and a Blackpool Leyland Titan:
