Fly-on-the-wall documentary series showing the work of Highways England controllers and officers, as well as showing what goes into the dreaded roadworks on Britain's first, and possibly busiest motorway.

The broken Trident is then replaced by an unidentified ex-National Express West Midlands Volvo B7TL Plaxton President, ferrying the stranded passengers back on their way to the Leeds Festival on the X28.

Episode 4 sees a brief glimpse on the J24-J23 cameras of two Skills Coaches double deckers and a maintenance van on the hard shoulder, one of the buses being an ex-Lothian Transbus Trident Plaxton President, the other behind that likely a yellow-liveried ex-Nottingham City Transport Volvo Olympian with an East Lancs Pyoneer body.
