Oliver's Travels (BBC adventure comedy, 1995)
Written by Alan Plater and starring Alan Bates and Sinead Cusack, much of the location shooting is from North West Scotland, including a sequence involving this bus carrying worshippers to a small church. HGA983D is a 1966 Bedford VAS1 new as MacBraynes 210 with a Willowbrook body fitted with a mail compartment at the back, and it is now preserved with the Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust. After various uses it had been repainted back into MacBrayne livery by the time this was filmed on the banks of Loch Duich, but it carries no fleetnames:
Created with Boltwire.
