Play For Today: Land of Green Ginger (BBC drama, 1973)
Written by Alan Plater: a young woman returns home from London to Hull. Two early London Transport DMS class Daimler Fleetlines cross. Both have the attractive but short lived white band between decks applied to the batch DMS118-367 new between June 1971 and March 1972.
In the scenes in Hull, two Roe bodied Leyland Atlanteans are glimpsed in the distinctive livery of Kingston upon Hull Corporation, then two more are seen in close up:
Created with Boltwire.
