The Tomorrow People (Central-Thames science fiction serial, 1992-5)
The 1992 remake of the much-loved 1970s children's show.

Episode 1.1
Opens with one of those 'they won't notice the difference' moments. Two schoolboys are travelling on a London Buses AEC Routemaster. An external shot shows stretched RML2273 (CUV273C) with the London Central division. They fire water pistols at a pair of lads walking on the street; when they get off the bus and run for it, it's older standard RM121 (VLT121), which was by then in private ownership.
Episode 1.2:
A scene at a bus garage features one of the schoolboys waking up aboard AEC Routemaster RM1750 (750DYE)alongside RM121. There are other Routemasters seen, but also at least two Leyland B20 Fleetlines - DM2259 is the only one identifiable. These buses appear to be a group that was at the time of filming with London Bus Sales:
The lad is menaced by a strange inspector, and ends up on a terrifying ride through london on the roof of RM121:
RM121 also appears in episodes 3 and 4.
Episode 2.03
A fleeting glimpse of this London Buses single decker:
Episode 3.02
A London Buses T-class Leyland Titan
Episode 4.01
More London footage includes a visiting Setra touring coach and a Volvo Olympian. The grey coach in the second view is not identifiable:
Episode 4.02
A derelict bus turns out to have a London Country Bus Services logo on it. It's an RLH-type AEC Regent with Weymann lowbridge body.
