In this episode of the much-loved but slightly creepy children's show the eponymous scarecrow stows away aboard an old folks' coach trip to the seaside.
The coach (as noted by Dave Hills) is Buddens (of West Tythersley) UOR610H, one of a pair of Plaxton bodied Bedford SB5s new in 1970:

The Saucy Nancy is a ship's figurehead, played almost inevitably by Carry On and Eastenders star Barbara Windsor. In the background here a small single decker can be glimpsed:
